I stopped checking this post and just focus on others things and enjoyed my current headphone, to be less frustrated.
You can’t change the reality that Ryan is over flooded from his November orders, and it takes enormous amount of work to make a boutique custom made product to sounds good on every unit.
I know boutique house like John Massaria/JM anudio also put in massive effort into his XTC cans to make sure each unit sounds nice.
Our headphone will arrive and I would rather Ryan spent good enough time on my unit than rushing through them.
I agree he can be more prompt with customer service ( I sent him two emails about shipping to uk and he never got back to me)
