No, just one dac connected to rca input. And I test headphones one at a time.Do you have all of them connect at the same time? You can only use one input at a time.
Had hum when connected to RCA, but was able to fix it by flipping the AC plugNo, just one dac connected to rca input. And I test headphones one at a time.
Is there any audible hum in your unit?
hmmm okay glad you got yours figured out! I may try to take mine back again then, if you're able to get it to no audible hum.Had hum when connected to RCA, but was able to fix it by flipping the AC plug
When I purchased my unit from a local dealer, I also had this same problem. I took my unit back to my dealer and replicated what I was hearing for them. They ordered new tubes for me which resolved my problem.Do you have all of them connect at the same time? You can only use one input at a time.
We had a customer come in last week with his Rag 2. I took a good listen. It was pretty good pairing for the money.Does anyone have RAGNAROK 2? How does it compare to MHA2000 please?

Hey, I noticed that you and I have the same setup with the LCD5/MHA200 combo! How do you find the combination? Anyway, I wasn't exactly tube rolling, but I decided to go with the NOS Mullard ECC81 and GE 12BH7A just so I wouldn't feel the need to ‘scratch’ lolDid anyone try to roll tubes on the MHA200?
What’s your successful setup?
I have read a review somewhere that LCD-5 + MHA200 combo is not good, but when I had a go at listening I thought that the reviewer must have been deaf or biased (paid to promote another amp?). I have tried several amps but so far MHA200 is one of the best tube amps for LCD-5. I also liked very much Woo Audio WA-23 Luna, but could not justify paying 3 times more for the same sound. There is another amp to try - Burson Soloist Voyager, but this is a solid state amp and I am only looking at tube amps.Hey, I noticed that you and I have the same setup with the LCD5/MHA200 combo! That’s the spirit! What tubes do you have in your system now?Tubes ordered. Hope it relieves the itch!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I had the exact same concern — I guess we were reading the same review article. But after I tried the combination, to be honest, it blew my mind with its luscious sound and how it helped tame the forward nature of the LCD-5. Though sometimes I do mix it up with connecting directly to Chord Hugo 2 for more laid back listening sessionI have read a review somewhere that LCD-5 + MHA200 combo is not good, but when I had a go at listening I thought that the reviewer must have been deaf or biased (paid to promote another amp?).
