I just received a pair of old but barely used small Genelecs (6010A).
I'm going to make these my "kitchen speakers" and they will be fed with BT, using LDAC. Source will be mobile phone, usually playing FLAC files, with LDAC capability.
But what device to buy to receive the BT LDAC and feed it to the speakers?
I'm going to put the whole set behind a wirelessly operated electricity socket, so the BT receiver does not need battery / does not need to be portable.
FiiO BTA30 Pro seems like an obvious choice, and would look sleek with it's aluminium body, but I think it'd be an overkill, because it can do so much more, and most of it's features / abilities would never be used.
But is there a cheaper "quality option" available for my needs?
