FiiO concept design-From @JamesFiiO

Dongle DAC with a magnetic battery pack
FiiO's Dongle DAC KA3 has been well received since its launch. However, there are indeed some problems with this kind of dongle DAC, which are mainly reflected in:
1. The Dongle DAC need to be powered by your phone. To achieve good sound quality, the power consumption wouldn't be small, which will lead to obvious decline of battery life after listening to songs.
2. Some phones have restrictions on power supply to external devices or music apps might be killed in the background when supplying power to external devices. This also leads to compatibility issues and the user experience is not good enough.
Therefore, we designed an additional battery pack, which uses a magnetic interface to dock with the Dongle DAC. In this way, you can choose to use this external battery to power the dongle to improve performance, reduce power consumption and improve reliability and stability.
If you think that the battery pack will bring extra weight and affect portability, you can easily remove the battery pack and still use it as a very small and portable dongle.

FiiO Desktop HIFI Active Speaker Concept Design (1)

From today on, we will show you all the speaker designs that we have given up. ID design is never an easy thing. Every product finally comes out with countless designs being given up. There are various reasons, some are not beautiful enough in shape, some are too imaginative, some are too expensive, and some are immature craftsmanship. In short, we are serious about making speakers.

Background note: FiiO's desktop HIFI active speakers are mainly designed for desktop use. So the size will not be large, using 3 or 3.5 inch bass speaker, two-way reflex design, built-in amplifier, with RCA/3.5 analog audio input, and high-definition Bluetooth support (LDAC/aptX HD).

The first concept design focuses on aluminum alloy cabinet and the design is simple and stylish. The volume knob is placed on the top of the cabinet for easy volume adjustment. The metal strip in the front has a built-in light strip, which not only plays a certain protective role, but also adds some ambient lighting effects.

This would be a smashing concept especially if it had the Bluetooth capabilities of the BTR5 included. Maybe a Q3 MkII.. Wishful thinking here.

I really like the design. But one question, how would it look without the battery pack?

I'd get rid of the metal strips as soon as I get the speakers.

That metal bar seems bit off can there be a different implementation of lights other than this metal bar? and what's that circular dial like thing on top looks like volume knob looks good and have easy access.

Any ways I am desperately waiting for these active speakers please release it soon.

Would love to see a 2.1 studio monitor speaker system tuned NOT neutrally but tuned for music enjoyment.

Something quite desk friendly like a 4,5 inch metal woofer with a AMT tweeter. Develop an 8-10 inch sub to go with it :)
