Let’s see some planar iems, some closed back in the same quality bracket of the FT3 / FT5 and where’s that M23 ?

Got the FT3’s and 5’s so I thought why not get the JT1’s as well, came today and quite impressed out of the box, needs a bit of a tweak for my tastes personally so going to take apart and have a play with the damping and drivers, has anyone had a go at modding these yet ?

Can someone from Fiio confirm if they're still going to be releasing the UTWS15? I had a UTWS5 that was a great device, but the usage experience was pretty horrible (ALWAYS wanting to connect to my phone). I have a pair of FH7S that are waiting for a new home, so I just want some clarification on whether or not I should wait for the 15 or find something else.

I hope we get an update on anything promised for 2023 that hasn’t shown up yet.
In the New Year, I wish for love in our hearts to be stronger than hatred, and for every note of music to be a manifestation of that desire – the desire for peace, understanding, and unity.
May the melody of our lives play notes of understanding and empathy, so that current conflicts give way to reconciliation, allowing those caught within them to return home and cherish the love of their families accompanied by the tranquil music.
At this moment when people worldwide are engaged in conflicts, I wish for politicians to tune into the harmony of music, reminding them that people desire love, peace, and the warmth of home, not wars and bloodshed.
I wish for all of us that the year 2024 brings not only the beauty of melodies but also a true chord of peace resonating in the hearts of every individual.

Have you tried to manually update the UTWS5 firmware?

Download the file and use the Fiio Control app to install it manually.
This fixed most my issues.

I think that's the one I have on my ear hooks now, but I've downloaded it just to make sure - thank you.
I did see, however, that it said not to go to 1.74 if the device doesn't suppport Snapdragon Sound; which my Pixel Pro 8 doesn't...

The UTWS15 may not be available before autumn in order to keep the better quality. As for your UTWS5, you could try to update the firmware to 1.74 though your device does not supported Snapdragon sound. The problem you mentioned has been improved in the lastest update.

I was thinking of waiting for the release of utws15, since with my current device fiio lc-bt2, the cable stopped transmitting the audio signal, first on one side, then on the other... Apparently it’s easier to repair now. Does anyone have a video or instructions on how to disassemble fiio lc-bt2?
