Elysian Annihilator 2023

I have the same issue with my Anni and my 320M. I love Liquid Links cables for their sonic qualities and reasonable prices (especially in today’s market), but I can’t understand why they elect to go with their giant plug hardware that doesn’t fit recessed ports. But shame the 4.4mm connector won't fit to my IBasso DX300 max headphone out...

I ordered a higher quality 4.4 to 4.4 extension from Aliexpress. CEMA is probably the safest bet. Finally joining the Elysian family, been eyeing this since Portable Audio Festival 2023, Akihabara.
Been demoing intensively in the local store and can jam Singapore, and now it's on my hand
But shame the 4.4mm connector won't fit to my IBasso DX300 max headphone out...

If you're looking for a short 4.4 to 4.4 extension cable, I recommend audiophileninja. They use pentaconn connectors with 26AWG Canare copper.Link?
I have one of their 4.4mm (F) to 4pin XLR adapters that has 6" of cable length in-between so I could have more cable length when I'm using IEMs with my desktop amp. They also offer an option for a shorter cable 2-4"
You can email them to ask if they can terminate this adapter to 4.4mm instead of 2.5mm.

That's a safe and quality option for sure. I just bought one of these in 10cm. Looks nice and a good aesthetic look with the Liquid Links. Quality unknown obviously. If you're looking for a short 4.4 to 4.4 extension cable, I recommend audiophileninja. They use pentaconn connectors with 26AWG Canare copper.

Good morning. This extesnion i have. Not use now, but no problem with this cable extension. Inside silver cable. Little bit emphasis at high freq. But quality very good. Inside 4.4 connectors used silicon. No dangerous for short. So for me this is good cable extension.

Just received the Anni 23!
Very good complement to my Grand Maestro!
Tip rolling is frustrating though! Really hRd to figure out what tips showcases the Anni23's brilliance. Apparently Spinfit W1 but the sticky material doesn't work for me. So far, been switching between AEX07 and Divinus Velvets. I have Baroques but the largest size still doesn't seal, so waiting for the XL release.

You should just stick with the Azla Sedna Short Light, they give the best sense of balance while highlighting the technical side of the Annihilator 2023. The only thing you have to worry about is getting the narrow stiff rubber gasket into the iem nozzles but if you go a few posts back you can read a few techniques on how to do it easily.

Man having allergies while listening sucks! It's allergy season in NYC right now and I noticed today I have to turn the volume up higher on my DX320 and I have some loss of dynamics that I'm used to hearing on the player with my Anni 2023.

I dug my eartips collection and found a Spinfit W1 pair. I nearly forgot about them because I hated the sticky material. (the Anni I bought 2nd-hand didn't have the tips included)
But I've just tried them with the Anni23 and it's very clear that they aren't coming off at all. I bought the Anni23 for all that treble goodies, so I'm gonna get them all in abundance.
I can see why Lee prefers this as Anni's stock tips. It really showcases Anni's incredible treble. It's a step above the Velvets, AEX07s, and Baroque (to my ears). Also, I had a gripe with the Anni's soundstage being quite narrow with those, and the W1s bring the soundstage to on par with the Grand Maestro (I expected nothing less since they are both similarly priced). The W1s also cleaned up the bass abit, making midbass tighter. Some may not like that, but if I wanted more bass, I'd just listen to my Grand Maestros.
I bought the Anni for that treble magic and that's it's only purpose in my collection, and the W1s really shine. Now I can say the Anni's treble is truly addictive.

I saw someone mention the Azla Sedna Light Short so decided to get some. I will give them a try! Just hate spending money on tips when I have a reasonable collection already (and also since my main IEM, the GM, is a custom).
