What I’m experiencing is a dusty record effect - little pops and eventually stutters. This is without regard to upsampling. Restarting the Arce seems to clear it up for awhile.

Since Arce has built in DDC, is there a way to use it in a DDC only mode, i.e. connecting a PC as a source to Arce and transfer the signal via I2S to DAC?

I suppose that’s not possible (no USB type B plug) but just to be sure. Thanks.

Since DLNA/Upnp only supports 16-44.1, you can only do Roon bridge or play locally with its simple Android app for now. Although the TF card local playback sounds great, the Android playback app is really too simple in its functionality.

I have a Auralic Aries LE streamer connected to Denafrips Iris and then to Pontus 2 12th via i2s. I’m thinking about switching out the Auralic and Iris with Arce. How is the DDC in Arce vs Iris? Have anyone gone the same route and can speak of sound quality in comparison?

I have the Iris and did not put it on my Arce/Pontus 2 12th combo and did not feel it was needed and put the Iris on my Alo bridge/Schiit Yggdrasil where I think it is better suited.
