The software of the UTWS5 has been updated for a total of 42 versions from its release to the present, such as adding ambient sound, 32kHz Voice support, LHDC support, and a lot of other functional optimization and consumer feedback issues. Our users could see our efforts and hearts. We will also treat the FW5 with the same attitude, trying to make it the most impressive HiFi TWS Bluetooth earbuds!

Finally, let's make a summary. The FW5 is FiiO's first fully integrated HiFi TWS Earbuds, utilizing the high-end QCC5141 Bluetooth chip, independent AK4332 DAC chip, and featuring 1 dynamic 2 BA drivers per ear; it is equipped with a charging case with long battery life and convenient physical buttons; it features dual microphone cVc noise cancellation for calls, Snapdragon Sound certification, LDHC support, etc...

The MSRP of the FW5 (in the US market) goes to 149.99 USD. It is expected to be available on our AliExpress Store in early Dec. Please refer to our official announcement for further info.

Tuning looks very “Fiio” with strong bass, a bit extra around 250Hz (we will see how it turn out), usual 10db ear-gain, and 5k peak. I’m quite curious about the gain in treble air from 10kHz though. The price is more affordable than what I imagined.

Enough to blast your ears if cranked up or for ~7h of use lol.
You're getting an all-in-one unit here so amp power output doesn't matter.

@FiiO do you guys plan on adding a compatible USB-C transmitter? Something that supports one of the high quality codecs like Aptx Adaptive or LHDC (or even LDAC in the future).
That would be great for PC users and/or phones that don't support a particular bluetooth codec. There are some products on the market but I think a Fiio - Fiio ecosystem would work better

@FiiO What would be nice is if we could use your TWS headsets with the Apple products like the iphone and the Apple TV 4k where we could connect more than one TWS headset at a time.... so we could listen to music or watch a movie with more than one person wearing a TWS headset.... can you make this happen with your bluetooth...
