Looks really simple. Isolates really well when I put it on. Didn't have a 4.4 balanced cable to try my more powerful output on my dap. Seems to use 3.5mm jacks for each individual cup for the cable. How would these hold up in 2020?

I just updated to this version and now my line-out is being influenced by the volume-control. At volume zero I get no noise out of the dock, and it slowly gets louder as I increase the volume from within my ipod. xD Does this influence my sound quality? Should I rollback to an older version?
