Here's a set of Spirit Torino Mistral Pro headphones for sale. I don't use them much–I could be underestimating a little, but probably under 100-150 hours or so over the course of a couple years, bottom line being is it wasn't all that much–and I figure I could move them and use the funds...- PHLHarmonic

Listing my 634EARS MIROAK-IIs as I have another IEM on the way to try out. Typical order times take about 4-6 weeks. I ordered them at the start of February this year and got them about a month later. They sound great but over time I've had some fit issues due to the bullet shape. If you have...- PHLHarmonic

I hadn't decided what I wanted to do yet but those do look very good. Maybe I will stay with that design. The lighting makes it hard to tell, but how is the contrast of the carbon where it meets with the rest of the shell? Pretty seamless? Got any MIROAK-II comparisons as a fellow owner?- PHLHarmonic

Ah, well that's probably a good thing since that one looks like it ain't too ergonomic.- PHLHarmonic

Maybe someone at CJ can provide more insight but that cable is a little reminiscent of the TS-316's (except black) which is easily the worst stock cable I've ever seen. That said, it could also be a paracord material similar to what they use for wired gaming mice.- PHLHarmonic

The Titan goes on sale in 12 hours, which I've had my eye on, but perhaps it's worth waiting out this Noir release? Have to wonder what the price will be, but I'm guessing it would land a fair amount under $1k.- PHLHarmonic

I have no doubt it'll definitely be taken care of, although it doesn't hurt to check in. Once it was shipped out via DHL it was delivered within two days at most. Some of the cleanest and most thorough packaging I've ever seen, by the way. It was wrapped up almost too well. I never addressed...- PHLHarmonic

You know I like mine. $315 USD after conversion as the yen is really weak right now. With the 4.4mm cable (great build quality for an extra $40-50 or so as long as you're okay with cables without ear guides/memory wires) and shipping it was about $420.- PHLHarmonic

The Aehta seems interesting for the price but something about switches is a turn off. Messes with the overall aesthetic and feels like one more point of potential failure. Is that a weird position to take?- PHLHarmonic

I would, but the tech industry has been decimated due to layoffs and I've been out of work for over a year. Getting by just fine all things considered, but I might not ever get back to that line of work at this rate. Might be time to try and pivot to doing more reviews just to keep occupied...- PHLHarmonic

I don't think I'll like it, but I should go to Bloom to demo the Trifecta just to be able to say I demoed it, even if I can't afford it if I did like it. The Xe6 is/was my favorite and I regret ever getting rid of it.- PHLHarmonic

I have an order in for an AO Ra, but haven't decided what color scheme I want. Fortunately I have some time to shoot around ideas with the owner since it'll be 2-3 weeks until they can start working on fulfillment due to CanJam.- PHLHarmonic

Alpha Omega IEMs Thread
Ordered mine. It's going to take a few weeks due to CanJam, so I have time to decide on what look I want. For now my default plan is to go with the forged carbon/gold flecks and the black and gold flecked shell, but I really love some of those other color combos such as that green @F700 has...- PHLHarmonic

I haven't ordered yet but I really like that one too. I wonder if it really looks like that, just due to the white balance and being a dark photo? If I jack up the contrast it still looks fairly black.- PHLHarmonic

Trying to decide if I want to pull the trigger on a Ra of my own. I would be doing the same design as @PeacockObscura (forged carbon faceplate with the gold flakes, black and gold body) since it seems to be the safest option and looks very good in photos. I was really interested in the...- PHLHarmonic

It definitely seems that way. I messaged the owner about it a few hours ago as I wanted to figure out what it was, as well as see if the black and red was a thing. Currently waiting to hear back. I'm very undecided about what I want to do (one of these or possibly hold off for the Titan...- PHLHarmonic
