Listing my 634EARS MIROAK-IIs as I have another IEM on the way to try out. Typical order times take about 4-6 weeks. I ordered them at the start of February this year and got them about a month later. They sound great but over time I've had some fit issues due to the bullet shape. If you have medium to large sized ears, you probably won't have a problem at all.

The current JPY->USD conversion is about $310. It's about another $40-50ish for the optional 4.4mm cable and $30 or so perhaps for shipping to the US. I paid about $430 in total at the time based on the conversion rate.
