Thats the thing with any EQ'ing or Pre-amping- at some point why not just get the 2nd Mentor. Thats going to sound better than any EQ and than most pre-amps.

Now you're hearing it. It's really just too damn good, especially after 100 hours or so when the bass really comes alive. Also I hope nobody is ordering Mentor without the upgrade power cable as that helps with the bass texture especially (FLUX told me the same)
