Arya is more colder/neutral. HE1000 was more focused at the center of the image. The Arya felt more 3D it has no focus. There are gaps in the soundstage vs H1000 which feels more complete.
Is the HE1000 Stealth still the newest version? I see people talking about the HE1000v2 Stealth, but I'm not sure if that's the same headphone or what. Hifiman and their naming schemes man lol

I tried Arya Stealth and wasn't my liking, just decent also for gaming. HE1000 great for music but also good Indeed for gaming. HE1000v2 was great for gaming, but maybe nowadays you want that extra more powerful bass, which i guess works also for single-player-gaming? Or i don't know maybe you want a more neutral non bassy, non-stealth Hifiman. Mhh..

I’m still looking for original HEK V1 pads or alternatives that don’t mess with the sound of the V1. The suggestions in the thread apparently tilt the treble too much. It’s a bummer that Hifiman rapidly brings out new products and then discontinues them so you can’t get products for them. I don’t see that so much from other brands.

So if Arya Is Better for gaming because Is more neutral, I Guess original HE1000v2 Is even Better with more resultion for gaming and wider soundstage with no Stealth Magnets? I remember i preferred It to HE1000se 5 years ago.
