I don't have the internal DAC nor a HSO2 to test, but these USB isolators only work if the noise is coming from your PC (GPU noise seems to be the biggest culprit). I wouldn't hurry to get one until you have your PMax in hand and can confirm where the noise is coming from, if there is any.
