Got some good listening ahead of my this weekend. Just got the two in the left in this week. Running on my modest Topping Stack (which I love). Never getting pulled into the amp game! Bring on the tunes!

Switched over to the Auteur hybrid pads today. Definitely think I prefer them to the Caldera pads. They sound a little more balanced to my ears.

Got my 10000SE in today. Better build than I expected. I was afraid they’d be too bright, but they weren’t…and relief washed over me in an awesome wave. 😂 I like to listen to new headphones for an hour or so when I first receive them to get acquainted with the sound. I’ll get some good listening...

Yea, they are super nice. I’m gonna give em a little polish tomorrow to spruce em up a little. I only sampled a few tracks tonight, but I’m very impressed initially. They are FANTASTIC for metal for sure.

Selling all of them! Where ya going from here? Looks like you’re having a lot of fun! I’ve tried a bunch of stuff during my journey. It gets expensive, but being able to try so many different things is super fun in its own way.

Ended up grabbing a pair of Red Mallee AC on US Audio Mart and Sky over at MusicTeck tricked me (jk hahaha) into buying the he1000se so I’ll get to try a couple different different flavors alongside the Calderas. Exciting week of listening coming up!

I’ve always thought the Diana TC with bass ported pads had the best bass I’ve heard. Supremely textured with good slam.

I also run them on an A90D and they sound fantastic. It’s a very powerful amp.
