Done that probably 100 times. No fix. What helped at times was to plug it into a powerful amp and increase the volume. Would then work again for some time. As said, don’t think it’s the cable.

I have the same problem. Cable is not the issue. It randomly comes back at times.

Yes, you can fit Mojo2/Poly into the original Mojo/Poly leather case. It's just that one button is covered, which doesn't really matter, as you can still press the button.
