I once owned the IER-M9 and absolutely consider FA19 on a similar level from a sound perspective. Isolation definitely isn’t as good but I had constant issues with pressure build with the M9 and ultimately sold as a result - I tried every imaginable tip to include foam, but I am very sensitive...
