No point to be made here necessarily, but I thought it was enjoyable to listen to the differences in microphones in this test.   Then, try listening with another set of headphones..........then a different amp..........then a different DAC.   The possibilities are endless.  ...

I'm getting tired of reading about amplifiers that have "better" soundstage.   What measured parameter of an amplifier indicates / dictates width of soundstage??

I currently own Sennheiser  HD598s, HD650s, HD800s, AKG K712s and Q701s, Philips X2s, Beyer DT880s and HiFiman HE400Ss.   I would like to add something different / "better". Cost < or = $3000.   Any suggestions?

I recently purchased a pair of Beyer DT880s. But before doing so I did a few FR comparisons to other headphones.   I realize there are other metrics to take into account, but would I be stretching the point to call the 880s a 'poor mans' HD800??      

I have the Rag in my sights as my next purchase. I am just curious what speakers are being paired with the Rag.   I'm not looking for recommendations per se,  just curious what Rag owners are using.   Thanks in advance.

I own a couple of SS amps and a couple of tube amps. I am intrigued by the possibility of "improving" the SQ by replacement of tubes.  I don't believe in expensive cables, designer fuses or line voltage conditioners, to improve SQ and I am quite happy with how my tube amps sound currently.   ...
