I’m pretty sure it was the neutral version because it had almost no bass at all. That’s why I got the other pads but it didn’t help. I would love to try the bass version. But I never dared to buy another one because it’s hard to know which version it is. And I haven’t found one I can try at canjam.

Yes I got those pads directly from Kennerton. Maybe they just don’t synergize well with DAP’s. I thought they sounded better with a desktop.

I sold mine because I didn’t get much bass out of it. Maybe because I drove it with a DAP although a powerful DAP. Needed a closed back for my DAP but the Rognir didn’t work out for me.

zach915m Zach, where can I find information regarding wood and sound differences for the caldera closed? Which is harder stock or LTD? If I liked harder wood for AC does it mean I’d like harder wood for CC as well?

Did anyone notice a sound difference depending on wood? I liked hard wood best for atrium closed. Would it be the same for caldera closed? Is stock hard or soft wood?
