I cannot open Tidal music app now and another app I was using. Un and Re-installed both. Although another app which previously would not work...suddenly does. Tidal, is anyone else having an issue?

The Checkbox is whited out. If I press I can get the Personal Intelligence page to open for a moment. This page used to stay open, even the links worked, but with the re-install it only opens for a flash. Update: A long story..not making longer. The HiBy Music player update installed today...

Yes, I just now deleted and reinstalled the app. Here's a copy of the greyed out screen. I am new to Android. I allowed the 2 permissions I see which are Locations and Nearby Devices. I wonder if its a switch I have turned off on the m300?

I've posted about the Sound Me app not working on the HiBy M300/OS Android-13 DAP and contacting AVIOT customer service about it. That HiBy diagnosed the problem, came up with the fix, and I sent all that info to AVIOT. After 2 weeks of asking AVIOT C.S. to be really sure of their answer...

You were able to open Sound Me on your Xiaomi smartphone which is currently using Android 13, very interesting. I had a Sony cell, it came with 13, but updated to 14 on setup and Sound Me worked. If the app is working for you on 13... there must be another variable why it does not work on the...

Sussy, AVIOT is working with their engineers to fix the issue with A-13. HiBy found the problem, and AVIOT has their research; hopefully, the fix is soon. What happens when you click on the Sound Me icon? Update...

Sound Me does not work on Android 13 as far as I know. Hopefully AVIOT is addressing the problem.
