I think it's the "been there done that" mentality and audiophile phone really haven't been done in years since Onkyo if you factor in just phones with a balanced output. I would love to have a phone case with built in dongle but that's probably just me.

The only sets we do reshell for are EJ07M and up.

We have that for EJ07M and EJ09. Some people has no complain with it, some doesn't like the design. It is quite a personal thing depending your ear anatomy honestly.
