ZMF BOKEH - Closed Back (Semi-Portable)
It depends on what you mean by "good" of course. I doubt the iBasso would have any difficulty driving the Bokeh, they're really easy to drive. They sound way better than they have any right to with my diminutive Shanling UP4. I'd be willing to bet it wouldn't be quite as good as a desktop setup...- jinxy245

I'll be honest, I'm itching to get my ears on a JAR800 at some point. The same guy who worked with Christian at Nitsch Audio ( @ext1 ) also does mods for the 800 series. I've heard one iteration of his 650 and loved it, he's damn good at what he does.- jinxy245

ZMF Atrium - new open-back co-flagship
Honestly it depends upon how much tolerance you have for imperfections. Personally if ZMF says it's structurally sound, I wouldn't care at all. I care more about the sound, and for me imperfections are character in the overall appearance. If you're someone who wants the headphone to be perfect...- jinxy245

I'm going to have to check out Arcadia Fire some time sooner or later. One of the members apparently is responsible for writing the songs for the new Broadway musical "Stereophonic". My wife and I saw it and absolutely loved it...very Fleetwood Mac without actually ripping them off. Very well...- jinxy245

ZMF BOKEH - Closed Back (Semi-Portable)
That's what I'm finding too. I have a loaner pair in, and I really enjoy every minute listening. A couple of small personal nits to pick maybe, but when I'm listening, I never think of that at all.- jinxy245

I haven't heard the either amp yet, both are supposed to be sublime with high impedance headphones like ZMF. The difference is the Aegis can drive just about anything, the Decware pairs best with only high impedance headphones.- jinxy245

Not treble so much as an upper-mids/low treble push to my ears. I'm a bit sensitive in that area, and my chain was potentially getting in the way as well. I've encountered this recently with my Bifrost2/ ifi Pro iCAN, but in the end it's just my experience.- jinxy245
