In excellent physical condition and perfect working condition.

This is a really fun, wonderful-sounding headphone. The dynamic and AMT drivers combine beautifully without even a hint of crossover perception to my ears. The sound is big, exciting and tremendously engaging. I bought these out of curiosity and they certainly didn't let me down. However, they seem to do better with modern genres than my preference for classical. Don't get me wrong -- they sound great with classical, too, but I tend to reach for a few of my other headphones when listening to such works. I was considering keeping this pair around for when I listen to more modern music, but that's just not a frequent enough occurrence to warrant that. I need to thin the herd.
