In good condition. All original parts as well as the original product case. There are some marks from old adhesive on the metal plate that protects the driver (none near the driver openings themselves) and that is the only thing about this headphone that I would consider "fair" (see photos) and I'm sure this could be easily removed.

I am including an extra set of after-market pads that you get in addition to the original stock pads. Also, I cut two little pieces of tuning felt that can be added under the pads and will include these as well.

I've read that these are a modder's dream and there is at least one head-fier who proclaimed these as their favorite headphone once modded. I bought them (at considerably more than my asking price) with the intention to do this but never really got around to it.
